OMCTFOA Clerk of the Year

Janice Almy, City Clerk of Sand Springs, is the recipient of the 2016 Member of the Year Award for the Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers and Finance Officials Association (OMCTFOA). She was presented the award during the Awards breakfast at the OML Annual Conference.
